dunno, only nitnit knows that answer. and as far as crew goes i'm not sure you can promote a member to crew

only the captain can promote to crew, but any of the crew can let him into the guild.

There's no need to abandon this guild yet. Like Ravemaster said, it's not dead. Plus, we haven't even gotten a chance to talk to Nitnit. For all we know, he's playing a practical joke and laughing at us while we all get worked up and say horrible things about the Gaia mods. If he's actually banned, there's got to be some way around being captainless.
