At the choose game menu (on the list where you load your game, mystery gift, new game, migrate pokemon) there's WFC Connection Settings (or something similar). Click that and make it so your DS will auto connect to the router. What you have to press should be pretty self explanatory. If you set up your router correctly it should appear on the list of wireless networks you can connect to.
