Easy.

In the current "ratings" tournament, he's worth 7 points for beating, higher than the rest of the "pwnage" trainers, and he won the "main event" tournament where the moderator Houndour seeked out the 16 best trainers and had them fight in a tourney.

Also, pretty much everyone regards him extremely highly... just go ahead and ask in there.

and umm...I'm really sad that none of your moves missed..I gave garchomp Bright powder and the sandstorm was out..and every move landed..that pisses me off...
all your move should has the acc. of focus blast..and they all hit

Depending on n00b tactics like lowering accuracy via items is just... n00bish.

I told you man, the STANDARD for playing competitively is:


- No Ubers

- Sleep Clause ((only 1 enemy to sleep at a time))

- Evasion Clause ((no intentional accuracy reducing or evasion increasing moves/items. Things like Acupressure on a shuckle, or sand veil as an ability don't count, but moves like double team, and items like bright powder do))

- "hax" items AKA Luck Items ((no items like quick claw/brightpowder etc))

- Species Clause ((only 1 of a pokemon on your team))

- Self Destruct / Self KO / Destiny Bond clause

Also please note that reducing accuracy normally is allowed.

People tend to stick it in the same group as Evasion Clause.

No one uses Mud Slap anyways, but I made this post for the hell or it.

If the Destiny Bond kills both trainer's last Pokemon, the user loses rather than a draw. That's the clause. Not banning the move overall.

Increasing evasion is banned, but decreasing accuracy isn't. 3nodding

Because you can simply switch out.
