"Nice to meet you Askala, I am Deldra."
She was thrilled to realize that it indeed was another angelic such as herself. She smiled and plopped down in the grass near the other kat.
"What brings you all the way out here?"

She stretches out of her meditative pose and relaxes. "It's quiet out here. I come to meditate and contemplate the lesser races." She regarded the other angelic with curiosity. This was obviously a good Angelic. Askala wondered if she knew that she was a dark angelic.

She smiled, indeed, the quiet was why she loved it here too. She could smell demon on her but knew she was not demon.
"You smell of demon, and yet you are not. Is it demon whom you've chosen to protect?"
Her eyes were full of curiosity, but that was the only thing that made sense, she was a dark angelic after all.

Askala nodded slightly. "Among other ebil races. Where I reside there is a larger population of Demons, however. I recently put a protective spell over their nursery." She leaned foward, studying Deldra. "And you?"

"I've but two solitary common kats in my wood, one likes to be off to himself, although he does have his eye on a lady friend, and the other is an absolute sweetheart, she would love to be an angelic such as my self. A nursery, how exciting, I love babies, in a way i am hoping that the young male in my realm finds a nice fem kat so that i may be the guardian of their babies." She smiles, she longed to have more faekats to watch over. Someday perhaps her neck of the woods would be as populated as it sounded Askala's is.

"I'm sure your charges will be populating soon enough. It is the way of the lesser races." She reached behind her to grasp a chalice that had been sitting there. She brought it up to her nose and smelled it, then touched it to her lips. "Still cold... good." She took a deeper sip and reached behind her to produce a bottle of wine. "Would you like some? I'm lacking a glass, I'm afraid. I wasn't expecting company."

"I'd love some thank you," she thinks for a moment, "I've got more glasses at my home, not far from here, and I've got fruit and cookies and many other things to munch on as well, we could have a little snack and continue our talks in the garden, I've got a table near the lilacs, they're in bloom."

"Alright" She rose and brushed herself off and readied herself to follow the other Angelic. "Lead the way."

She smiled and lead the way, walking beside the other kat, they came to the edge of the wood, the leaves crunching beneath their feet. The trees shade much of the sunlight and it gets a bit dimmer. As they walk farther into the forest it becomes apparent that they are on a path, it's defined by tiny white flowers growing at it's edge, seeming to outline it. As they walk farther the leaves lessen and soon they are walking on a carpet of soft plush green moss. They come to a massive cottage, it looks like a castle made of logs with a fence of hedges all around it. Deldra pushes the door open and leads the way inside. The floor is covered in an softer moss, and windows all around let sunlight flood in. she leads the way to the room that appears to be the kitchen, taking a glass from the cupboard and picking up a bowl from the counter, it was filled with exotic fruit, she stacked two wooden plates atop it and reached for another bowl of cookies, also filled with varying berries and nuts, stacking it on top of the plates. She led the way to the door and opened it with her almost free hand carrying the glass, then gestured for Askala to go first.
"Welcome to my home." She smiled warmly as she presented the garden to Askala. It was expansive filled with flowers of every kind, many in bloom. The soft sweet smell filled the air. There was a little round wooden picnic table beneath an arch of blooming lilacs.

Askala followed Deldra until the other angelic went to open the door. She stopped in front of Deldra and, not waiting for permission or argument, she took the plates and bowl from her and proceeded to the picnic table beneath the flowers. She set a plate in front of two seats opposite each other and set her bottle of wine in the center between the two bowls of food. She set her own chalice at one seat and sat down.

She smiled, "You know you are the guest, you didn't need to do that." She laughed softly and took her seat across from Askala. She set her remaining bowl of fruit down and gestured for Askala to enjoy.
"Enjoy, and have as much as you'd like. There is more where this came from. I have many fruit trees in the back of my garden. If there is anything else you'd like please let me know."
She picked up a small red fruit, it looked like a very red peach, and smelled something like a strawberry and took a bite, enjoying the soft sweet flesh.

She sloshed her wine around in her glass for a few moments, then drank deeply. She poured herself more, then poured Deldra a generous amount also. Her dark eyes seemed even more reflective in the sun and the various flowers were reflected back at Deldra when she looked upon Askala's face. Askala piled her plate full of cookies and fruits and began enjoying them one by one. She was hungrier than she thought and wondered when the last time she had eaten had been.
"You food is delicious"

Deldra smiled, a genuine delightful smile. She sipped at her wine, and it was wonderful.
"Thank you so much, I love to cook or bake, I adore good food. This wine is absolutely wonderful! Quite the banquet we have here."
She smiled and finished her fruit and reached for a cookie, nibbling on it enjoying the dried berries and the crunch of the nuts. The sunlight was warm and made Askala glow.
"Might I say, you truly look lovely in the sunlight. I love the vibrancy of your fur."

She nodded, a slight smile playing about her enigmatic face. Her expression was difficult to decipher. Her eyes were portals, but apparently not to her soul for they revealed nothing about her thoughts. She seemed to accept the compliment, but the strange dark angelic remains quietly eating and drinking, gazing about the garden. "I know a demon who would love it here."
