I'm glad I found this topic... I haven't heard of the glitch otherwise. I haven't even been to any community lots yet so I don't know if the glitch has/will effect me. I don't feel comfortable just yet downloading the patch from EA, with all that SecuROM mess going on... so I'll download the unofficial patch from MATY, at least it'll be there just in case. I'll wait until EA gets that stuff fixed or figured out before I download any patches from them. sweatdrop

Hmm... my game seems fine... However it has gotten slower... Maybe it's because I have a bazillion expansion packs xD
And uh oh. I can't install the patch. I don't have the internet on the computer that has the Sims on it. sad *worried*

you might wanna find a aptch for apartment life, the load times are extremly slow

I had this problem only once. It only occurred on any of the "mountain lodge" community lots. Also, this problem only happened due to lack of space. Deleting unused stuff helps A LOT.
