If all else fails, try YouTube. I've watched episodes 2-38 in English there.
They are showing up slowly, but surely there.
Also, I think English dubs are getting harder than they deserve.
Sometimes it's the Japanese that bothers me.
The biggest example for me was Rurouni Kenshin, as Kenshin was voiced by a woman in the Jap version.
Now, I understand why they voice young boys with woman because there is a shortage of young voice actors
and it's necessary to produce that high-pitched tone quality.
But why do it with grown men characters when there are plenty of suitable men up for the job?
Girly sounding ones, if needed. As you can tell, I am a huge fan of Richard Hayworth's job in that series.
