What town was she in? What day was it? When did she last get a decent meal? Mia stopped asking herself that question. She merely wandered the darkned streets. Ahead of her was what looked like a laboratory, but her vision wouldn't focus. With the last of her will power, she stumbled into an alley, letting her weary eyes flutter close as sleep over took her slender body.

Kibai hopped over the fence to land upon a pile of trash.
"Three hours of chemotherapy.." Kibai shuddered. He was unused to the warmth provided by his clothes, even if only a [insert clothing from picture here]. A salty smell filled his nose, and he recoled. He fell to the cold ground, shuddering as he felt his blood trickle down his face. He looked up, and saw the pale figure of a girl on the ground, her face shining in the moonlight.

With all her will power (there wasn't much left), Mia opened her eyes slowly, flinching slightly as the soft light of the moon touched her vision. She slowly sat up, her long honey brown hair seeming to emit its own kind of light. She stretched and went to stand up before she noticed Kibai, barely 3 yards from her. He scarred her so bad her legs gave way and she fell to her knees, suddenly enveloped in a coughing fit. "You...*cough cough*...scared me," she whispered softly, looking back up at him.

"Im.. sorry.. I wasnt trying to." Kibai looked back at her with curious eyes. He suddenly lurched backwards, his powerful nose emphasising the smell of the garbage behind him. He fell to the ground, dazed.
