these are great banners everyone! The next batch for me will consist of smaller maybe a few more laid back ads for the guild. But I really appreciate everyone chipping in. biggrin

haha, *slaps table while laughing* okay, "Sanguinous" is a latin word for blood. "Sanguineus" is a term referring to medical/verb like blood.
I know I made that mistake in my banners, but I'll have to edit them. As for the rest of you, my apologies, but a fix would be best. But I suppose this is also now considered an "inside joke" literally. So keep up the good work! Sorry for the mistake!!!

I think i will do some other drawings with the proper name, and with the programs that are designed to do (semi) professional arts.

What you lot seem to be forgetting, as that critters are named IN latin. Just so happens that the seaslug in question is blood red. Other critters with sanguineus in name are: Rumex sanguineus L. – redvein dock, Antennarius sanguineus - Bloody frogfish, Rhipicephalus sanguineus is a blood sucking tick. Also: Note the latin origin on the top 2. Dont be so quick to jump to conclusions.
sanguinous is means much the same, but in a medical context and is derived from the same roots. (Sanguine)
