Yeah, is the question based on their power or on whether or not individual fans like them or not? I'm hoping the first, though it seems most are answering according to the second...

So I'd say Chouji. He doesn't really seem to have a lot of really effective techniques or head smarts. For those who have read the manga and know the outcome of the battle in the anime, his power mostly just comes from some strength pills which (as far as I know) anyone could use. So there is my reasoning and I hope I didn't offend any Chouji fans. sweatdrop

And, technically, Konohamaru isn't a ninja yet. He hasn't graduated yet, lol.

That guy was useless. Not only was this Tokubetsu Jounin found out when overhearing Kabuto and Baki, he also got killed by Baki.

How he got his job will remain a mystery.

He is not even a ninja, he is still training to become one. The worst male character has to be Dosu his character is not that appealing and his attacks are weak.

Rock Lee is one of the nicest guy i have seen in Naruto. i admired his attidude of never give up and he is very kind and hardworking. i can never imagine anyone not liking him. well, everyone is different, and i respect that.
