Trina let a small laugh leave her at the other woman's comment. "Haven't you been listening to the announcements? Though they are generalized, I'm sure that's what they mean. This whole mission depends on it," she replied confidently before anything introduction was spared.

"Nice to meet your acquaintance. I'm Trina," the returned greeting came as she finally gazed upon the one she had been speaking to. Prying her eyes from the tower shouldn't have been such a great task, but there was just something about the looming structure that had her in awe.

Entering the city Tramer couldn’t stop shivering as he started to brush the frost off himself and his armor, thou his attention was quickly taken off the cold as he cot sight of the great tower. Quickly making his way into the city it took Tramer no time to get to the tower. There were far more people in the area that Tramer was use to, this left Tramer a bit uneasy, added to the glances and whispers that keep pulling at Tramer’s attention Tramer felt rather out of place, thou he decided it could not be helped, a young man dressed as he was, wielding a great sword over three feet longer than he was tall, and nearly as broad and his torso was bound to attract some attention.

“there…go over by those two females, they will be part of the group sent…” the female voce of Kirara said inside of Tramer’s mind.

Tramer was about to question how she new this, thou he quickly decided agents it knowing well he would not get a response, letting out a long sigh Tramer approached, stopping in the general area near the two girls, Tramer waited patently for the next series of announcements.

Andrisa blinked. "What announcements? I, uh, just got here," she admitted, flushing slightly at her obvious ignorance. "I was too busy trying not to run into anyone to really pay attention."
Tilting her head back in an attempt to see more of the tower, she murmured, "How have they stayed hidden for so long, then? Towers like these aren't exactly...inconspicuous."
Then her eye was caught by a particularly bright gleam of light. Turning her head, she noticed a young man wearing strange armor. But any thoughts about him were completely lost in her amazement over his sword.
Can he really wield that thing?
Born to a family of warriors, Andrisa could appreciate the weight that that boy was carrying. She could also appreciate the artistry of the weapon.
What sword-maker with the amount of talent it took to create a sword that lovely would make it so huge?
Puzzling. But then a lot of things about today were.

"I don't know," Trina admitted blankly. "It is awful sudden really, but things aren't getting any better. Yet, I guess they finally wanted to do something about it." She stopped speaking when she noticed Andrisa's attention divert towards a male with quite an impressive weapon. Trina found herself staring for a moment before catching her own blatant rudeness. All the time she found that she was absently twirling some honey blond strands that had escaped her tight twisted braid.

Hastily returning her attention to Trina, Andrisa smiled and said, "Well, it's about time, I think. We've spent too long trapped in this barren world."
Glancing about at all the warriors, she added, "Do you think they all have to come? I mean, who's to say whether or not one of the ones they turn away would be the only one acceptable to one of the magics?"
Uncomfortable with the amount of questions she was asking - she'd done a lot of research before coming to this quest, but it seemed there was far more she hadn't thought about - she twirled her staff.

The High Mage exited the tower and stepped up onto a platform readied for this occasion. He scanned the crowd and something caught his attention, he made a mental note and started on his speech. "You all know why we are here. A gathering has been called for. You are needed to go out and recover the lost Magics. You shall gather in groups. This is done for multiple reasons, first off you are safer in groups," The High Mage paused for a second as though he was considering something then continued, "the rest you'll learn on your way. Once you are in a group you are comfortable with send a member of the group to one of these mages," The High Mage gestured to a small group of mages behind him, "They will get the coordinates you will need for your journey. I wish you all the best of luck and I hope that the Magics will return with you."

After he finished speaking he went back into the Tower and called a mage. He said to the mage, "There is a man in the crowd with a large greatsword. I would like to speak to him. Inform him to come to me." With that the mage left and the High Mage went back to his normal business. Except for a short time when a young man came in to speak with him.

Andrisa glanced at Trina. "How many to a group?" she wondered aloud.
She was comfortable enough in a group of just two or three, but if they were gathering in groups because it was 'safer', she doubted that would be considered enough.

Trina's full focus was on the High Mage's announcement. Once he was done informing them of actions to take her attention returned to the one she had been talking to. "I'm not sure, but there are so many here. How many groups are leaving?" she answered before asking a question of her own. She was starved for more information about this whole mission. Of course she had no objection to the cause, though she thought it to be suicidal for some of individuals that stood on the lawn.

Andrisa shook her head. "Search me," she replied. "Probably the same amount as there are magics? But I figure there wouldn't be too many to a group, or else it would be too easy to leave someone behind."
She took a deep breath. "Probably no more than five or six to a group, the way I'm figuring. Easy to get through small places, hard to leave anyone behind without noticing, easy to slip through unfriendly parts unnoticed, but with just enough people to be able to defend ourselves if it comes to a fight."
It was her father's way of figuring these things out: calculate what was most important, and figure out the amount of people that could carry it out.

Lee Tye listened to the announace ments his eyes gleaming as he studied the crowd which weaklings would he be put with, he could feel the begining of a sneer tugging at the edge of his lips. As he thoguht of the quest he was about to go on, he would find the magics and take them for himself.

Fyrad remained silent no one seemed to be paying attention to all those that gathered here, most of them were in it for there own greed. he doubted that most of them would return with the magics, they would probably keep them for themselves if they found it. Fyrad remained close to his master, thinking about the invisible leash that bounded them together. HOw he longed to be freed of this man, but he knew that he would be forced to throw his life on the line to protect him, how he hated it.

he could see the locket hanging arround his neck if only he could remove it from him...if only he could be free...

Tramer raised an eyebrow as he herd the announcement, letting out a long sigh Tramer looked up toward the sky, after standing there for several moment Tramer started forward toward the tower. Once at the entrance several guards escorted him inside, leading him through the maze of passages and stairways Tramer soon found himself before the high mage of balance.

"Do you see anybody here you'd want to work with?" Andrisa continued, seemingly not noticing that Trina had not responded. "I wouldn't trust most of the folk here as far as I could throw them."
She glanced around at the group. "How many of them do you bet are in it so that they can get the magics for themselves?"

After a while a knock came to the door of the High mage's office. He offered entry and after the door opened he saw that the man he had asked to meet with was being shone into the room. After the others had left and the door shut did he speak. "You may sit if you like," he said while gesturing to some chairs before him, and without waiting continued, "Your sword is quite special. It has an odd pattern to its magics. Does it speak to you?"

Taking concern for each question Andrisa inquired, Trina found great indifference for each one. As long as she was able to help the cause she didn't really care what the others were here for, and if their intentions were honorable. "Few still hold honor. Many here may have ill thoughts, though I wonder if the magics particular about who they choose to wield them."

In truth her anticipation was growing and she wasn't sure how to quench her need to take action. Not able to keep the question in Trina took a chance, "What are your reasons for taking this mission." If their intentions were similar just maybe they could begin forming a small group of their own. Trina wasn't bias and didn't judge others often, but wanted to travel with those with the same values as herself.

Tramer looked over at the chair he was offered and them back toward the man, as for most situations he preferred to stand, his breath cot in his throat as the man asked him about his sword speaking.

“do not tell him to much…” Kirara said inside of Tramer’s mind

“and what if it did?” Tramer asked, he had no reason not trust this man, thou at the same time he had no reason to trust him either, Tramer had learned along time ago never to trust someone blindly, along with to always pay mind to Kirara’s words.
