Javascript is not the same as Java. Javascript is usually used in web pages, while Java is usually used in applets or web-based programs like ShoddyBattle. They are different programming languages that, unfortunately, ended up with similar names.
but there both made from the same concept..thats like trying to say Heavy metal isn't rock but it's on genre
