Okay I've known that, but I don't know that many people who get away with using a legendary on thier team.

Luther - Legendarys do not pawn in a field of normals, if they do then why do people use them on Ou fields neutral

God people before complaining about legends, go on smogon or marriland or even serebii and look up stats! you will find non ubersl ike tyranitar, garchomp, gengar, etc. outpower almost all non-uber legends. Only things that legenda have going are good move pools and OU stats (not always!)

Moves + OU stats+ items = regular competetive pokemon people. I cna undertsnad banning deoxys-S because it hasn't been determined as over powerd yet, but come on.

Because their stats are higher then most and a well trained one can be difficult to deal with. I never said they would get pawned, only that the would pawn. And I said that a well trained normal pokemon can be more uber then ubers.

Um, wait...using legends and using Ubers are two different things. If I battled you with a standard team and you used a team of Heatran, Moltres, and Entei, by your argument I would lose horribly.

I really want to be polite about this, but you're straining my patience.

Everything has a weakness and an absolute counter. Cresselia loses to Scizor, Suicune loses to Sceptile, and Heatran loses to anything using Earthquake.

I'm actually considering replacing a non-uber legend that I am using with an UU because the legend can't fill the same niche that the UU can.

Go to serebii and compare their stats to Garchomp and then come back.

I'm sorry this statement is full of falseties. Look at the regi pokemon, all of them are shafted in Borderline group because of crappy abilites/stats.movepools.

The only worthwhile legends are azelf, celebi, jirachi, etc. Seriosuly, if you think they are hard to deal with, then you can;t seriosuly be running your own tournament.

A well trained become being more Uber than uber? Yeah....newsflash, there are TONS of legends that aren't Uber because, well they just aren't good enough. Seriosuly, the pokemon I listed last post are just as good if not better than any Non-Uber legendary. And again, Many people use non Ubers.

We know, and we, (I, at least), respect that.

We simply expressed our view and said that we would not take part in the tourney. He decided to bring up his opinion on the matter, however, and one marvel of the internet is that people can respect your opinion, should they choose to.
