I finally got my email response from the gaia admins about the problem. Apparently they are under a delusion that it's our computers and not their servers that are having the problem.

The told me to clear my temp files and dumb stuff like that. As if I didn't try that already when I first noticed the problem. Idiots.

if i can get 4 entries in the next 2 days i'll consider finishing this event in a few days however prizes will change cause of my expectations of the problem not being fixed on time so unless someone donates to me 2 march letters i'm with no choice but to give items instead which will be hard for Telstel to do
so if anyone can help Telstel and Me get the letters please let us know
