This distance you'd have to run to get away from it is quite far and it gets even bigger the longer it goes. In other words that's kind of pointless to do when you could just simply shield it, instead of trying to run through another one after she attempted to hit you with the first one. Because she will get more than one chance if you ran away from it.

I'm not sure what your asking, can she be attacked while another is transforming? Anytime shiek or zelda is transforming she can't be hit until she is done.

No, tranforming does no damage.

Or do a powerful smash if they have high damage. I always change after dieing or sending them a long distance to relieve that possibility.
