The bomb makes you flinch. Theres no time to dodge if it's done correctly.

Yeah thats true, but the whole combo wouldnt really work, since you can basically get out anytime.

But Bomb Spiking works all the time if the bomb hits and you spike him right.

Toon Link, the Brawl equivalent to electivire. Everyone was at first like"omfg toon link is gonna be so good" and he is used a decent amount, but won't be top tier. Just like electivire. (though pokemon and brawl tiers are very different obviously)
