I honestly think it might be directed to one of the other werewolves--then again, it could be directed to Bella if she does become a vampire--makes sense, you know? He runs away, comes back not caring about anyone at all and sticks only to his duty as a werewolf--anybody agree with me?

Heres my theory... I think Jacob maybe talking to other person Bella might befriend (another vampire) oh yeah, this is kinda off topic but I think Jacob might sacrifice himself for Bella to prove his love... Edward and Jacob cannot exist in the same world... One more thing, Remember when Edward said he'd do anything he could to become human for Bella if it was possible (who says it isnt)?!

Jacob and the pack (in human form) are the only ones able to protect her from the death that is soon to be, but can't do anything because they are being restrained by the guard. Jane reaches for Bella's face, and then Jacob shouts out "Don't you dare, or i swear to God ... " Jane does her thing, and says "or you'll what?"

Amidst his screams Jacob yells out, "I'll kill you myself! I'll do it now!"

Or Hell, Jacob could've just killed Alice at chess. Or Bella at some stupid video game.

Remember, we don't know what context it was said in. But if he did say it to Edward in that way. I'm going to La Push with a few hundred cricket bats (Cricket bats because i am not looking all over Australia for non-existant baseball bats).

Count me in! Truth is I've always hated Jacob. That idiot is always in he middle of Edward and Bella's relationship. Why doesn't he hook up with Leah and end the whole Edward-Bella-Jacob love triangle? Or even better let's just kill him off mrgreen

HOW CAN I GUYS HATE JACOB!!!! to me hes the best character well second... no third edward is first then bella then jacob... but in new moon he tried to protect her when Victoria tried to kill Bella casue it would be "mate for mate" and I thought he proved his love for her by trying to protect her, dont ya think???
