At least the ones with no crotch are wearing a bikini bottom, even if it is hard to see. I'm sure it's a 'band aid' or piece of tape. That's what they like to put over those parts. |

Were any given to the Bundeswehr? Holy hell, I just wiki'd it... Not only did Germany order a couple hundred F4s of various model, many of them are STILL IN SERVICE, to be retired in the next decade.
