The name for Dimitri Dawnwalker is actually based off of a collectible trading card game.
His name was originally Dimir, the name of a guild from the Ravinca story line of Magic the Gathering. Later, it evolved to Dimitri.
His surname, Dawnwalker, is a play off of Reya Dawnbringer, one of the Legendary Angels from that game.

Fur name: Luna. It's really simplistic, I like the moon and naming something "Moon" seems a little strange - so Luna it is. And it's such a pretty word whee

Mine is Ishimaru. I found it on an old website some time ago and have used it ever since. I did use Sojo for a while, but it never did stick like Ishimaru did.

My name is Re_Search. I tag the 1134 on because It goes with that old calculator trick when you turn it backwards and upside down. The gap between "re" and "search" is saying that I once was and still am a curious fur.

Ooh, mine's complicated: my fursona's full name is Severin Hazzardius Stormbringer. I go by Hazzard.
Severin is from my favorite song (which is actually based on a book.) Venus in Furs by The Velvet Underground.
Hazzardius is like Hazardous but more latin/greek sounding because I'm silly like that. Hazzard (with 2 z's because more z's are always better.) is a nickname I earned way back in middle school with my epic clumsiness.
Stormbringer is related to my fursona's elemental powers, and is based off of the fact that when I got my first wolf tail at age 8, every time I wore it it seemed to start raining outside.
