No, originally they sighted all of them to be used with the bayonet.
Soviet rifle doctrine for WWII was that, bayonet remains permanently fixed except when traveling by train or motor vehicle.

And the shitty thing is, my bayonet is so tight at the base that it won't even go on the gun without massive forcing and even more to get it off.
Did you try taking it off? I think it's just a screw but it might be tapped in place, you might need to break the tapping.
