I believe it has unlimited fuel, and you get to keep your other weapons, as it's a perk 1 slot. I could be wrong though, as I don't own the game.

It removes your side arm
Level 65 is the highest, you also get the M1 Carbine though. Leveling is also ALOT harder than COD4

Waaaat? At best you should only get to keep your sidearm if it's a pistol, and you only get 10-15 seconds of fuel. When you start using flamethrowers, you have to balance s**t out.
