Aushi's ears twitched, mildly surprised about what he had started with. Mainly so, because that was the reason she had come here. Her own belief in that there was life within everything had convinced her that this was where she should be.
A slight giggle escaped from her throat before she caught herself. Looking quite embarassed, she nodded her head in an apology. "Sorry...I was just surprised at what you asked first." She nodded her head, taking a moment to settle herself.
"Mainly, there are spirits that help run the world. The gods tell them what to do, and they fulfill their duties. So when it rains, or when the breeze blows...that's how it's done. It differs slightly from member to member. I've always believed that there's spirits within everything, but I don't know if it would be good to delve into that at this moment." She raised her paw up to lick some of the dried moss that clung to her fur. She wasn't sure if sharing her own views was too smart...but it couldn't hurt anything, could it?

Goa tumbled over onto his side and smiled at the male, "Im okay." He turned his head when the new female came over, he was not sure if he'd met her before, but he offered her a greeting. Then he moved to play with his mothers ear, batting at it.
The adults conversation became very interesting and Goa lost interest in the ear. He moved in between the two, sitting and listening to them talk with ear and eyes wide open.

"I see." Domevlo hadn't given much thought to 'gods' finding spirits alone an interesting thought in and of itself.
He then looked down at the cub, and offered a smile of sorts. He couldn't help but think, though, of the young ones he had slain long ago. Back then, he was consumed with the thought of revence -- the feelings of those he killed thrown to the wayside, as he attempted to tear down his adversary from the inside out. Looking back, he regretted it -- regretted slaying the innocent. There wasn't a part of him now, he though, that could do that again. Although he knew himself capable of inexplicable anger, it hadn't been without cause. He didn't see himself being put in that position, though. Not here.
As fierce as his anger was, he was an even more-so protector. He was quickly coming to like this place. He already knew he would readily protect it.

"It's easy enough to stumble across things we don't expect in life. When you stop looking so hard it's easy." She smiled as if speaking from experience. Her name quest had been similar. She had searched and searched, and in the end she'd found it, but not at all in the way she had expected.
Instinctively she looked up at her child's call. Chuckling as he took a harmless tumble she nudged him with her nose quickly. She let her attention draw back again as they were joined by Aushi, but since the two began conversing she decided not to interrupt, waiting instead for another opening to present itself, and it did. She caught Gao gently by hooking one of her paws around his middle as he was batting at her ear, not interrupting but pulling him closer with a distracted rumble.
"Quite welcome, and it's nice to formally meet you, Aushi." She had seen most of the pride members about at some point, knew most through the various pride ceremonies, but hadn't spoken directly with a good number of them yet. She hoped to fix that, this was a good start.

Goa was a bit caught of guard at being pulled closer by his mom, but he cuddled against her happily. He was probably being a nuscence even though he was not trying to be. He turned over yawning and cuddling into his mom's fur, content to just lie there for the time being.
