No, Because Elk is seme. But Haseo is much more of an uke.
When I was twelve, I did that with Pokemon games. I'd name my rival uke. People would often say "Have Patience, Uke!"

nooooo. See, Kite is obviously a flaming uke, meaning he is an uke and always will be. The flaming uke is also compatible with the chibi seme (though being a chibi seme myself, I'd honestly rather have the badass uke...uh... this isn't about me!!!) which can also be called the "seme in disguise." therefore, even with Elk, Kite is still uke.

So then, you say, "What if Kite was this so-called seme in disguise?"
The chibi seme is theoretically only compatible with the flaming and badass ukes, neither of which suit Elk's personality. Elk would probably be an innocent uke, which would be compatible with the romantic seme. Which Kite is definitely not.

I named myself Tsukasa, and my character Kite. Not very creative, I know, but I had heard that Tsukasa actually becomes a selectable party member in one of the games, so I didn't want to name Kite that. - -"
