Nonni tried to dodge also, but Ellie's paw caught him in the face. He closed his eye, snorted, and glared. He looked oddly dangerous, for such a little thing. He wanted to walk away. He didn't want to die. He also knew that he couldn't run away from a fight.

Ellie grinned, an expression that looked sweet and dark at the same time. "Gotcha!" She laughed and stood her ground now, watching her new 'playmate' closely. "First to pin the other wins?"

The black and yellow cub yelped and fell back, hoping to dodge the other. "Hey! Not cool! I didn't say go!" She growled and rolled so she was on her belly now, crouched to pounce. "Since you started it...GO." And she pounced...somewhat. She still hadn't perfected that art.
