The 'E' stands for 'estimated'.

It's not something for the companies, it's something for the players.
That way you know which games would just be rentable, and which are sure-buys.

We rented Kingdom Hearts II. We kept renting it until my sister beat it. It was cheaper to just buy the damn thing.

So I think that renting games should just be for trying them out before you buy them. Like, if you've heard about this game that sounds really cool or you're unsure about, you just rent it once, try it out, and if you like it, buy it online or something.

Or just check the reviews, or something.

Yeah, I kinda figured that after a while.

Although, then again you can buy the game, and if you don't like it, you could sell it . . . .
