People have been giving me things with skulls on them for a while now, I think it started after I had already been a goth for a while. At first it was because it was a skull, now it just matches everything else. Among the items I own with a skull motif: "her royal Highness's matched luggage" a three piece luggage set I use when I travel for business (which is at least once a month and usually three times or more) an oversized bandanna, my wallet, glovelets (which my mother knitted herself, she is a phenomenal pattern knitter) armsocks, socks, and the treads of my lolita shoes. The only thing with skulls on it I actually picked out for myself is my checkbook (and technically the shoes, but I didn't see the treads until after I bought them). I made a design incorporating plaid, skulls, and black cats to make my checkbook match my purse and it's contents. Yes, the contents of my purse are coordinated. I am sure this is a sign of a mental illness. But no, I do not own any actual skulls, or any prop skulls. I could have a goat skull if I wanted one, as I live on a farm, but since we can sell them for fifty dollars a head, I never saw the point.
