As far as I'm aware, "yiffing" and anything similar aren't allowed anywhere on Gaia, including through PMs. I could be wrong, though.

Only if they read our PM's, or someone reports you. I certainly have never received a warning.

It's not allowed on gaia at all but Gaia S.W.A.T. doesn't filter through random messages. So the people (if any) have been caught, it's from one of the two people involved reported the other. If someone says you've been doing what they say your doing in PMs, Gaia will then look into your private messages. What I'm betting is that tons of people have illegal conversations in PMs all the time, they just don't get caught.

Same here. X3 's probably like Isaol said: one of the involved parties reports it for whatever reason, and only then do The Powers That Be investigate.
