Don't see it as any less valid than any OTHER religion. At least their story is amusing.
Did you not hear about how Scientologists (one of whom was a blood relative of Hubbard) were convicted of breaking into government offices and tampering with files? The people they've murdered for speaking out against the group? They're not a religion, they're a ******** enemies of the state.
Have you looked at other religions too?

LOTS of religions killed "heretics". Even Christianity. The Thuggee come to mind as a large one.

EVERY religion is an "enemy to the state", hell, the Founding Fathers were.

Personally, I think that most of the religions are rather silly. Lots of stupid and evil s**t has been done in the name of the Deity of Choice.
Yeah, but Scientology is less than fifty years old. They STILL DO this s**t. Sure Christianity killed heretics. They also burned witches. They don't go around shooting Atheists on the streets. It's one thing to impress your ideas on a nation, it's another to break into government offices and tamper with information. That's TREASON.

Silly is one thing. Dangerous is another.

Yeah, but we don't kill our treasonous ******** Jane Fonda, Geraldo Rivera, and... what's that other douche?

I think the last time we did something about a traitor was around WWII.
Someone got hung I believe.

The only people that those assholes persecute are our soldiers.
Granted some went out of line but others, it was 'in the moment'.

Yeah, I don't think Mormons are as annoying.

Never had a Mormon come up to my door to convert me like those damn Jahova's. Those damn scientologists taking to the airwaves. scream

You know, they must have known that my German Shepherd died, because they came by and dropped off a pamphlet shortly after her death. Before that she jumped up on the hood of one of their cars, barked and growled.

Good dog.

Mormons do do the whole door-to-door thing, but only in certain places. Out here, we have certain 'mormon towns', where everyone who lives there is a Mormon. If they're not, they're ostracized until they leave. They have some ******** CREEPY public art, too. Small bronze statues of children playing... it's like something out of a horror movie.

Yeah, that sounds very creepy.
Definitely sounds like something out of a horror movie.
I wonder if Steven King drives through Mormon towns when he has trouble thinking of a new story.

Actually had Mormons come to my door once. Didn't try to convert me, just gave me a Book of Moron, talked for about five minutes and left.

I actually LIVE near a Jehovah's Witness temple, so I see them out every weekend.

There's also a Seventh Day Adventist church right across from my street. I don't know what's going on there, but the sign outside said "Resident Evil" for a while.

Yeah, there's a Jahova's compound north of me about, 30 minutes or so.
I assume that's where they're coming from.

When that lady came she dropped off a pamphlet, she didn't say anything about being a Jahova's, she saw my dogs and she talked about them and how they appreciate animals and such.

I noticed what I assumed to be her daughter in the back seat of the car.

She finally left and I threw the pamphlet in the trash.

Seemed like such a nice lady to tell her to ******** off.

I'd mark the Mormons lower on that list.

Scientology is first because, well, haven't they actually killed people and broke into government facilities and changed documents?

Yup.
Really, we didn't call for a ban or go to war with these pricks after they did all that s**t?
