Desert_Fox_Rommel OberFeldwebel Many people would believe it. There's been reports of cops, not sure of FBI, accidentally raiding the wrong house. One of them the cops got blasted. I think I heard about that. Didn't the person who they raided get arrested anyway for killing the officer? sad I'd acquit him. It's really the department's fault.

I didn't hear about him getting arrested.
Was he tried for killing that person?
I think his reasoning was that it was a group of robbers busting in because there was no reason for cops to be doing a raid on him or the house.
He may have gotten arrested, definitely rather, but I doubt he was convicted.

Sadly there are several people who even if s**t like this were their fault in the first place would still hate the real victim and do what they can do to "bring them to justice". Sounds kind of like the case we had out here a couple years back. Two news helicopters covering a police chase hit each other in mid-air, and instead of blaming the PILOTS whose job it is to simply NOT HIT ANYTHING, they charged the guy who was running from the cops. I'm sorry, but it's not HIS fault the assholes in the choppers failed at life. I'm pretty sure he got off, but it was a jackass move in any case.

Fresnel Desert_Fox_Rommel I'm too depressed to look... D: Let me sum it up in three words: DEATH LIFE SENTENCE
Well, the wiki article alludes that he may get out sooner if they do a retrial or some s**t and is found not guilty.
Which they should.
Undoubtedly now they'll push to have video and audio recording equipment on their officers when doing a raid. If not, why not? It'd serve as an unbiased account of what transpired. Probably cost. :/
Nix all the white jurors are racist s**t. If it was a white person, they wouldn't be bringing up the 'more sympathetic' stats and s**t.
In this, I really don't think race had a move in this occurrence. He got the short and shitty end of the stick.
They really should have asked for a different attorney when she said that she never did a capital murder case. That's like your dentist saying, "Oh, I never pulled wisdom teeth before, what should I expect?"

Yeah I know, but I figured it would be with sitting in with cases or assisting other attorneys in charge of the case.
