Kakashi, Iruka, Naruto, and Sasuke being gay is quite debatable--there are yaoi fans, and then there are non-yaoi fans. They clash. Same with Gaara.

Sarutobi probably isn't gay, because he's a pervert. There's a part in the manga where he offers to see Jiraiya's spying techniques to peep on girls in the hot spring. Plus, he got a nose bleed from Naruto's Sexy no Jutsu in the beginning.

Orochimaru being gay is also quite debatable. Just the fact that he says "I want Sasuke's body" sounds wrong enough, don't you think? Yeah, he does seem to have a lot of children around him...But there are people who don't see it that way.

Shikamaru? I can't remember a single possibility of him being gay.

I, for one, say that Orochimaru's the most likely of being gay. Admit it! The whole Sasuke infatuation thing is just plain WRONG.
