Marcus Daniels was walking down the street, cigarette hanging from lip and music pulsating in his headphones. It was a loud, angry pulsating beat with a heavy drumbeat, and could be heard distinctly from several feet away. Marcus hopped his way down the stairs in the back of the Davis house that led to the basement, the hang-out for their little group. Marcus opened the door without knocking, knowing that if the little Bookworm that resided here was doing something truly intimate and embarrassing, he wouldn't do it in the basement. Marcus stepped his way around the cold, grey basement to his favorite seat, the La-Z-Boy chair. There were several seats, including Marcus' seat, an old couch, and a few lawn chairs. Marcus took his seat, looking around. Hm, first person to arrive. Marcus pulled out the small stash in his heavy coat pocket, opening the bag. He sniffed it, relishing the odorous stink. Marcus stowed the bag back in his jacket, looking towards the stairs that led to the rest of the Davis house."Yo, Bookworm! Where you at?"

The darkened sky let off a small circle of lights towards the target that she would soon be shooting. One simple squeeze of the trigger, and down he would fall. It wouldn't take a second look or thought. Then she squeezed the trigger.
A sudden noise interupted the scene. Looking up at the noise that had caused it, Reed Davis saw that the culprit was the small puppy that he had gotten last week, Cortana. "Cortana, you interupted my book. Now I won't know if she really shot him or not." Placing his copy of An Eye for an Eye down on the table, he picked up the small puppy that was now whimpering in front of him.
Hearing voices come from below, he smighed, a smile on his face. It seems that his reading was going to be inturupted for more than just the moment. Standing, puppy still in tow, He moved swiftly towards the stairs leading to the basement and down them. "I see you have made yourself at home Jack. And I heard that comment, d**k." Releasing the squirming puppy, Reed piked up Kiki's legs and sat under them, letting them fall back into place.

Alexia awoke in her room, sighing as she saw her door left open. Her parents had left. She quickly exited the room and headed toward the kitchen, grabbing a carton of 2% milk before opening it and slowly drinking. After she finished, she threw it into the garbage and ran upstairs once more.
She changed out of her pajamas and headed out the door. Grabbing her keys along the way, she inserted the key into the lock and turned it. She tugged on the handle hard for a second before running off down the streets. Alex continued to run, loving the feeling off the wind blowing against her before she arrived at Reed's house. She pondered on whether or not to go. Maybe the rest of them were there. Whatever it was that they were doing, she decided it was better then just being alone. Alex felt like she was intruding but went through the back door, instantly noticing the group.
" Heya peoples! " she said, flashing a wide grin. She plopped down on an empty seat and sighed, feeling tired for some reason. She noticed the weed and tried to ignore it, not really wanting to engage in something that could prevent her from playing sports.
