Oh I got a hard one.

Boom 4 Dead: Incap/Kill all 4 Survivors as a Boomer

I actually managed to do that in the No Mercy campaign where their near the edge, I ran up to one to puke on them but one of them shot me before I puked but it shoved all 4 of them to hang on the edge. xD It was the Hospital level not too long after they got off the elevator.
