ALL of the outcasts with actual names dropped ears while the other nameless NPC's titled only brotherhood outcast lost fingers very suspicous indeed... Anyway I say Charon , Liberty prime and elder Lyons...

Actually, Charon is not a good guy - anyone can have him as a follower (good or evil - I'm very evil karma and Charon is my favorite follower) he is considered neutral as far as karma is concerned because he works by contract 3nodding
