its a combo of Hiragana, katakana, and kanji. おい and が are hiragana, 私,使,用,使,用 are all Kanji, and インターネット is katakana.

This is not stupid, I've learned many things concerning Japanese through anime. I've learned that watashi, ore, boku, ore-sama, and wari all mean I, me, my, or mine in Japanese. Although you don't want to use ore-sama because that's a boastful and arrogant way to say "I" and I've only heard wari in only one anime. Watashi, from what I've seen is the most widely used because it's not a masculine or feminine pronoun, it's one of the words I know of like that.
