Legal Bud

I've tried some legal bud, and it didnt do a single thing at all to me. It looked like shredded up paper, light green in color, and smelled slightly like tea (but not in a good way)

I cant recall the name of the stuff, but my cousin knows so I will text him right now

No, legal bud is not an acceptable weed substitute and will not get you high. The taste, appearance and consistency are similar, but it will not get you high. Mixing it with herb or hash is cool if you want the taste of these buds (whcih can be awesome) but I wouldnt suggest it if you dont have money just laying around
