I recommend:
the forest of hands and teeth
hunger games
catching fire
blue is for nightmares

Off of that,
"In the Forests of the Night" by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes is a REALLY fantastic book, as are the other three stories that go with it, one I know being "Tiger, Tiger," I believe, and the others I will get back to you on. I have those books, I'm just too lazy to walk to the other side of my house to get them. xD But, I must admit, I don't think I've ever heard of "the Forest of Hands and Teeth"...I'm not really enticed by stuff that sounds like it's gonna be horror. >.<
"The Huger Games" by um...oh cheese. I know this!!! It's like Susan Cooper, but not, I don't think? Oh wait, Suzanne Collins!!! Yess, I was so close. It's DEFINETELY, I double-checked just now, Suzanne Collins. biggrin REALLY, REALLY FANTASTIC book. ^^ and the second just recently came out! "Catching Fire" is the sequel to it, but I haven't been able to get my hands on it yet! crying Oh well...soon, I will. smile
"Blue is for Nightmares" by Laurie Stolarz, she means, I think? Never read it, but it looks really fantastic. smile

Heh.

Um, on the first really long one, is the first book of each part called "___saga"/trilogy etc.? Or are those the name of the separate parts...?...

Augh, series like that remind me of the Drizzt series.... {falls over}

they are the names of seperate parts; think of it as an outline- I= Riftwar Cycle, A = whatever part/saga/trilogy it is, then 1) = book
though i don't know of this Drizzt series

Ah, the Drizzt series...I think it's actually called the Lone Drow or something like that. The setup is similar to the one you put.

So it's, for instance:

Quote:
(Riftwater Daga)
Magician
Silverthorn
A Darkness at Sethanon

(The Empire trilogy)
Daughter of the Empire
Servant of the Empire
Mistress of the Empire

etc etc?

I really think that this book is a bit too easy for most of us in this guild. But, it's still a pretty good book... I read it when i was younger. It's called Into The Wild by: Erin Hunter. It's actually a series called Warriors.

Another really good book is Inkheart by Cornelia Funke. I love this book. It's the first book of the series. I forgot the series name. The second book is Inkspell and the last book is Inkdeath.

Another good and popular book is Eragon by Christopher Paolini. It's the first book of the Inheritance series. The second book is Eldest. Third is Brisingr. I don't think the fourth book has come out yet.

I'd say you should add the Maximum Ride Series by James Patterson... but I already forgot the rules on how to make this list thing... I'm just going to list them. *sorry*

Maxium Ride (James Patterson)
+The Angel Experiment
+School's Out Forever
+Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports
+The Final Warning
+Max
+Fang (but this one isn't out yet. It comes out either this month or next month...)

And actually, I just saw "Fang" yesterday O_O.
