Akariu_Rin hmm... there aren't any "l"s in Japanese though, right? so instead of "melissa" you write "merissa"? Konnichiwa! Hajimemashite. Watashi wa Akariu desu. O namae wa? i'm wondering if you could say "anata desu ka?" for a more slang term, like "you are?" Foreign names are written in Katakana and yes there are no Ls or Vs in the Japanese Language and are thus substituted with similar sounds from the Ra, Ri,ru,re,and ros Anata, is actually a formal phrase below Omae. for familar people, use kimi.

Hajimemashite. Jaeden Desu. O neamae wa ? is that it ? i think so becase i copied it on a piece od paper and in the first japenese look 4 a cuse word at the end of the word that starts with the h it says s hit but the s is with the hit

and aren't u supposed to put "ka" at the end of every question?
so ited be " O namae wa ka" or somthing. how does that work anyway?
confused
and how would my name translate into katakana, or was it haragana?
