Okay, found the translations for a couple:
red=aka
sword=gane
fate (destiny)=unmei
blue=aoi

I don't know where to stick "unmei" in but I do know that...
Akagane=red sword
Aoigane=blue sword

By the way, why'd you choose red and blue? I'm not criticizing you or anything, I was just wondering if there was a reason behind it.


By the way, while Tenshiko probably won't join Katsumi unless something happens (like her family being massacred) that doesn't stop her family from supporting Katsumi. Of course, they can't stay at the main house because Tenshiko lives there and the shogun visits to much, but it's possible that the heads of the family decide to help them through one of the branch houses, which are basically the houses of their relatives. I don't know, maybe you can incorporate that into the story. If you don't want to, then oh well.

Ok, i'll see where i can put that in the story. And I chose red and blue because I have a red sword and blue sword in real life. Then I thought about oppisites, the white and black swords of destiny would sound a little racist.

yup, he just doesn't know that. Each sword has an interesting power to it, I shant tell everyone what Kage's does, not yet anyway.
