Roy Were-ForUniMare l+_+l Mine would have to be Ness. Whenever my friend uses Pikachu, he always uses Pika's electric attack. With a quick Down + B forcefield, energy recovered. Then Ness is the original Lil' slugger. xd It would be even better against Pichu then xd . I mean Pichu would get damage from his electrical attack while Ness recovers his damage from that attack xd .
