I would either get, Almost perfect or nuclear Catasrophe.
One reason is that I would blow up in a nuclear explosion, killing everyone in a mile radius or so, and I would be the most valuable weapon in the entire WORLD!!! Which equals= $$$$$
It would be HARD as hell to kill me too, since I regain health for each time I blowup with only a crippled limb to worry about.
