Could be possible that they were mixed with tigers (claws) and maybe a hint of shark (teeth), with a lil humanoid dna to make them stand on there hind legs.

or claws could be a bear.........Teeth can be anything in the world..... and hind legs... Kangaroo...

maybe someone just cloned chuck norris multiple times and they mutated directly from chuck norris clones. I mean he's really the only person awesome enough to mutate in to a deathclaw.
