bleh track sucks

oh, almost forgot. since this thread is somewhat about the running i can complain about track on friday, i had to run around the school on the street/road things only. six times. and since the ground was wet teh coach would know if anyone cut through the grass. but before that i ran stairs for ten minutes, it was not fun. and no kitty eating, in it's drugged state it will protect me in my running today. the kitty must remain to help me until the end of this track season.

mmm, stairs. the second best part about running is the soreness after. feels sooooo goood to stretch >.<;;

the first best part about running...is jumping. over hurdles.

@debi-i tried hurdles today, boys hurdles are so tall...its like five inches above my waist. i tried it twice, made it over once. the second time i kept thinking i was gonna hurt myself and almost stopped running before i tried to jump it crying
