Now that is strange. Especially the checkerboard pattern. Doesn't nature do some strange things sometimes?

its bad custom content.
I download off the exchange and all my infants look like that. when I delete all the CC off my game, the babies look fine.

Once they become a toddler, their skin tone is normal.
Otherwise, it doesn't harm your game at all.

I now know what bad CC causes this as well. It's a pair of shoes called the Day time and Night-time shoes. I believe they are from CS3.
Search for them in Google and there should be a result telling you how to get rid of them from your game.
I had to get rid of them at the start of this week. They are wrongly catagorised for ALL ages .
