The American Sailor Moon isokay, but they cut so much stuff out and change it! I like the japanese with english subtitles better. whee

The video on the first page is of a trailer that was a "to-be" Sailor moon, but didn't end up happening. It reminds me a lot of GEM.

I'm glad as a motherf*cker it never happened. sorry for my swearin but it emphasises how glad I am that SM was never made into an American live action series. Saban ruins everything they touch anyways. *nukes Saban by unleashing the wrath of a million angery anime and video game ninjas, and Alucard from Hellsing to provide overkill while sitting and relaxing on a leasure chair with the Senshi having popcorn*

well, last I checked, my big bro said Saban likely went out of buisiness, as he cheked end credits. Saban dubbed DBZ first, and blutchered it, then Funimation took the license and did a total redub, complete overhaul on the series releasing the actual first episodes, and it was fixed up to the way it was, and VHS and DVDs were released in both edited and unedited format.
DBZ got to last thanks to Funimation, Toei should give the SM license to Funimation to make up for the crap dome to it. start from the begining, not chop up episodes, not use the chopped up parts to make a public service announcement. just redub it to the way it should be.
BTW: in the end of the Buu saga of DBZ a gay dude was in the tournament, and it was left in, so if Funimation leaves in a gay dude at the tournament, they should likely render the relationship between Haruka and Michiru as lesbian lovers from S and Stars sagas of SM.

Oh My...
That would have made a great CABOODLES ad... I can't believe they almost did that to my beloved Sailor Moon! (which I was watching before 1994 I'll have you know- and also date myself... yikes)
anyway, let's all be grateful that didn't happen!

To be completely honest, this could have been a better dub. Sure it'd have live action, but I don't recall ever hearing about anything else being touched. Plus, think of the possibilities! A Senshi in a wheelchair...that has a rocket launcher built in! That sounds awesome!
Of course, I'm fine with what I got in the end. Kyu... whee

I am glad Sabin or whjeover didn't make that version of live action. I would have to shoot myself! lol okay not shoot myself but burn the dvd if I had it.
I did see a Live action sailor moon episode. Okay decent considering it was ade in japane and cheesy as hell but I still liked it.

I saw that trailer and I regret that possible sailor moon for even having a trailer
