What rank do you see them obtaining or gunning for? Apothecary
Reasons why the rank would fit them? Mel is a fighter, though not in the same way as a Warrior or Guard. His strength is the knowledge and understanding he has, and his fight is to heal and comfort those who are wounded, ill and diseased. He dreams and prays to the Goddess that one day he will find an herb that can cure the plague.
Personality?: A determined fellow, who won't take no for an answer. He is passionate about his herbs and bold in his determination to make use of his skills on behalf of the pride. He has no mate as of yet because he wants to be sure that when he asks a lioness, she will be willing to stay with him until death should part them.
Brief History?: As a carrier, he had gotten permission from Nawiri to leave the pride's lands in order to gather some rarer herbs that don't usually grow in the K'A's territory. Only now is he finally returning with the fruits of his labor.

Reasons why the rank would fit them? Saskiranel is a strong lioness who, well, happens to be good at defense. She doesn't take great pride in winning and doesn't care for killing, but she'll protect the pride to her last breath. It's the least she can do.
Personality?: Saskiranel is quiet and doesn't tend to venture opinions. She prefers to simply observe. She's not a hater and she's not out to be friends with everyone, she simply is. She feels somewhat guilty that she is immune to the disease that dominates her pride and has taken most of her family to the Goddess already and feels that by doing her duty as a Guard, she can begin to make it up to them.
Brief History?: Those apothecaries who carry the seeds of disease within them are allowed to leave the pride's lands, but only with special permission and usually with a Warrior or Guard to keep an eye out. That's what Saskiranel's been up to of late, and now she's finally back where she belongs. The wide world is nice and all, but she's a homebody. The pride lands are where her parents and most of her siblings lie buried and she routinely visits their resting sites. She has a tendency to suppress her emotions and her teachers worried (while they still lived) about the damage it would do to her mind over time if she were allowed to brood on the past.

Reasons why the rank would fit them? It's about all she's good for. Bizoo is a gossiper, and would try to match the pride members up anyway, even if she wasn't given the rank. "Oh, you have a son? Well, he should totally meet blah blah blah"
Even with all of that, she has a keen eye for this sort of thing, and she would never match someone up if she didn't think they would have their own happily ever after.
Personality?: In a relatively short amount of time, Bizoo has went from a desperate soul to more of a social butterfly. She's prissy, a little whiny, and Gods above, what a mouth! She isn't afraid to gossip or spread rumors; after all, how else are you going to know whats going on?
Still, she's a sweetheart who cries easily, and is hard pressed to lose her smile.
Brief History?: As a cub, she travelled with her mother and identical twin. Seeing as her mom was a gypsy of sorts, when she came back to her mate and the rest of the litter, everyone was gone, so she kept moving. After a while, she died, and Bizoo and her twin went their own separate ways.
When she was young, her mother told her stories of a Queen who came into power by being a God's consort. Somehow or another, she got it into her head that unless she did the same thing, she wouldn't amount to anything. So, ever since she became an adolescent, she's been desperately searching for a God to screw without having much luck at all. And now, with joining the pride, she'll have to rethink her plan.
( Oh! And I plan to rp her as immune. C: )

What rank do you see them obtaining or gunning for? Priestess, maybe eventually high priestess
Reasons why the rank would fit them? She's the daughter of Amaret (spelled wrong on the cert), goddess of pestilence, and thus a seer.
Personality?: Asatira is cunning, ambitious and charismatic, not above taking advantage of her mother's fame to get ahead. She wants an easy life of high status, and revenge on her sister who escaped the plague that took her sight.
Brief History?: Born to Amaret and Ira, sister of Armada, she caught the plague that Amaret cursed the pride with and lost her sight, though she survived. Her sister, Armada, was saved by her half-sister goddess, Amadea, and its left her bitter and angry at them. Rather than blame her mother, she blames her sisters for her hard childhood in the rogue lands. She wants revenge, but is more focused on gaining a high position in a pride. She's not above deceit, theft or even murder to get what she wants, but she always keeps it on the down-low. She'll come to the pride because she'll know that she can use her genetics to get a high position.

Reasons why the rank would fit them? He was being groomed to be a Paladin type for his Pride in the mountains. ( it was to a concept pride before things happened with Zero)
Personality?: Castiel is for lack of a better description, a fighting monk. Spiritual, strong in his faith, and in his belief that he was placed on this earth to protect those the Gods have places in his paws. Castiel has this habit of always being soft-spoken, even when he is flaying into you verbally. He is quiet good at it, it is very difficult to tell if he is humoring you, or giving you directions to hell, though he only does this if you have truly annoyed him, which happens rarely. His one flaw is that he is over protective of his sister Saddii. In all truth, he is probably in love with her in a way he should not be, but he will never act on it, admit it, or otherwise look at it. He merely provides for her like any good brother should till she finds a mate.
Brief History?:Â Brother and Sister the two were born to a rogue female they have never known and a loving father who took them high into the mountains to live near the gods. Raised very spiritually, they were taught to respect all life and the grace that granted that life. They lived a very peaceful existence among the mists and clouds, until the day a landslide caught the whole family in their den. Their father and second sister were killed instantly ( as far as the two know), but Castiel managed to save Saadii by covering her with his body. It took hours to dig themselves out of the debris, and days to limp their way down the mountain wounded and hurt to the foothills and cliffs where the Kitwana Antara make their home.

Reasons why the rank would fit them? Because, like her brother. She was going to be raised as one anyway. Her whole life becoming that of a spiritual walk of life and will dedicated herself fully to protecting and caring about others, even giving them uplifting guidance of the beyond. Though in honesty she could sometimes be a bard.
Personality?: She is so very soft spoken, that some even call her mute. In fact, she has been since birth. But she will become a dedicated priestess, think Kaede. Though oblivious to her brother's feelings. She has not one interest in anyone but serving but seems empty at times where ones would try and find something or someone to love- she will not. Others come first before herself. Her brother a paladin, and her sister a dancer, her skill lies within the ability to speak to others. Though she will only realize this gift when encountered by a lioness dying of the disease and will realize that the gift of voice was her skill all along.. but her disease is not the one the pride is experiencing, would like to clarify. She got it from the debris but believes its the Gods testing her. Her one skill will dissipate if she can not find a cure... and hopes healing others of the pride will be her cure..

Reasons why the rank would fit them? He's strong, young and fit and would gladly protect his "friends".
Personality?: *lazy* This is an entry to a Kitwana contest I came up with long ago: There is something sickly satisfying about the constant scent of death in the air. The wheezing of the felines, the blood, the pain... it all brings a pleasing shudder for the Hyena. He hates himself for what he is, and what he thinks towards the lions. It's as if there's a battle raging inside him, and he's losing the war against his grotesque nature. Oyow is generally cold towards the lions, snapping cruel insults, and avoiding them whenever they appeared... though only because he doesn't want to get close... 'cause he knows his desperate dependence on friends is his greatest weakness. Though, with all of the effort he puts into keeping them away, he can't help himself but offer a warm nuzzle for a sobbing lion.
Towards the other species of the pride, he's much less cruel. Though he's still considerably distant, he figures they hate him as much as he hates himself. He still struggles with his "other" side, the side that craves death. He thinks he's going crazy... but if he recovers from it, he may attempt to take up a rank as a nanny or a healer. But it could just get worse, and become a secret keeper!
