For those who did not make the cut this time around...please don't be discouraged. Many of you are on the right path towards an Elder.
Remember that you need
roleplay outside of the family and to
develop a leadership role.
This is
not a competition and so we do not want any of you to feel you "lost" in this application process simply because your Soquili was not approved for Eldership this round. We merely want to keep this limited because it is an honor.
There will be more Elder slots in the future and so you should definitely apply again at that time.
