Welcome to RAWR's guide for new members. My name is raisedpassion. I am the father-figure to the guild. I don't claim to be the leader - RAWR is lead by each and every one of it's members.
It turns out that we are the trendsetter. My research indicates that RAWR is indeed the original animals vs humans guild. We all take it as a compliment when we see yet ANOTHER "grunnies take over the world" guild pop up. (cough cough GRUNNY VIRUS wait, did i just say that? yes i did.)
Problem IS, a copy is just a copy. WE are the original. We grow bigger and stronger each week, with an active forum, a charity, contests, raids, movie nights, and always coming up with new innovations. We welcome all new members to take part. You have 100% authorization to do what you want, when you want to do it, in any part of RAWR. There are no locked doors to you here. Things are so open, I had a member make Vice-Captain on her first day in the guild. Her name is dark halo. Ask her about it sometime.
See, we aren't fake. We don't play "imagination". When times are good, we play together in towns driving noobs crazy (just wait till you see starguin's flashing fox.) In bad times, RAWR pulls together and deals with the tough issues like death, heartache, and religous questions.... I'm very proud to be a part of this community.
We have an open enrollment policy. If you want in, your in, no questions asked, no stupid questions like "why do you want to join". Just come as you are. By the way, you don't need an animal avatar to join RAWR. The "animal" is our attitudes, not our avatars.
If you have an idea that you want to add to RAWR, an event, or something you would like to see happen, you are invited to DO IT!!! I will be around to help you with it so that you can see it bloom into an entire new DEPARTMENT of RAWR.
As a member of RAWR, you are it's true leader. The benefits of such a position can be very rewarding, if you take an active role in it's responsibility. I hope you stay long with us, and may you eat many a noob out there icon_smile.gif
