Himeria walked in the Office and stood next to Zephel with his Icha Icha Paridise book in his hand. Even thought it looked like he was currently focused on the book, he was actually focused on the Amekage.
((Not yet I'm saving it for later lol I was up all night last night reading a story similiar to that I just love Fanfiction. net tehehehe))

Himeria looked at the Amekage and sighed, putting his book away at the same time. "Well I am the only one from my clan that has the full capability to use my clan's kinjutsu. Because of this, and since no other Tsuchigumo Clan members leave their Hidden Village at the Mountains. I was told by the civilian and ninja council that . . . I would be sentenced to a life in prison with chakra suppresent seals on my body while they would forcefully take my sperm and give it to any willing females. Than once the children ,these females have, reach a certain age. I am to teach them my clan jutsu and any other jutsu I know of. One they have mastered this technique . . . I would be sentenced to a public execution. And for your second question the reason I know my clan's kinjutsu is, well I am a direct decsendant of the founder of the Tsuchigumo Clan. Plus my father was the late clan head. So I had permission to view any scolls I wished and therefore I have mastered my clan's kinjutsu. I could even tell you that I have improved the kinjutsu as well." Himeria said lazily.

Himeria stared at the Amekage for a few minutes before making an eye smile. "I would love to join, Amekage-Sama." Himeria said happily.
