I just love those huge-a** mushrooms which are the size of burger patties (I think they might be portabella mushrooms). We grill them lightly with garlic and we eat them by themselves. Deliciousness~

That actually sounds pretty good... and usually I'm a terrible picky eater!
But what I loved most was this pizza place we use to order from called Canadian Pizza or something and they had what they called Canadian style pizza with bacon and mushrooms. It was diliscious... and damn, now I want pizza :I

Portobella (lit. beautiful door) 'shrooms are great stuffed in raviolis.
Main prefers her 'shrooms in omelettes

Button mushrooms marinated in Italian dressing and Teriyaki sauce and then grilled are amazing. Srsly.
