I'm actually of the opinion that, lately, he's being UNDER-used.
Not enough games in his main stream of games.
Super Mario 3D Land is a very fun game, but it's just not enough.
There's just something timeless about Mario's appeal.

I used to like Mario but haven't played it for a few years
Ive seen there are quite a few titles out now going over quite
a few games
