I totally went shopping this morning! I bought, seriously, 2 6-packs of Mt Dew and a loaf of bread.

Had lunch at a pub with my mum and her boyfriend, then we went shopping and I bought myself two pairs of jeans, a comfy shirt, a new, cute jacket for my niece

AND I FOUND POKEMON STADIUM 2 IN PRISTINE CONDITION AT THE COMIC SHOP /geek

It was 30 dollars, though... but worth it. I totally bought it.

Some dude a couple aisles over had 3 36" plasma screen tvs in his cart!

Main bought plateware and now has a service set for 8. She also bought a griddle and slippers. She pondered flatware as well.

I, other other hand, do not need to shop. I have servants who make what I need.

We only have one gorge-yourself-day in the UK. I haven't really bought anything for anyone yet - unless you count what I've got in the charity shop. ninja

You know, it's crazy what some people give away. A lot of the stuff I find is brand new. Still with all the tags on and everything.

Oh, and we've already had snow. Freezing everything solid. Including our water pipes. gonk

We had freezing rain yesterday.

It only snows if it's extremely cold, and we're extremely lucky.

It was 2004 the last time it snowed here, and afterward everyone creamed their pants so hard that we put out two books of pictures people took of various snowy things here.

The other time was over 20 years before that, but according to my mom, it was just pure slush.
